Collagen Plus is a food-grade powdered complementary food formulated for dogs and cats of all ages. Collagen is the primary structural element in mammals, forming the basis of bones, cartilage, tendons, and ligaments. Supplementing with Collagen Plus is essential for supporting joint health, promoting post-traumatic recovery, and preventing degenerative conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis, ensuring mobility even in elderly dogs.
Collagen Plus 's unique feature is its high bioavailability: being hydrolyzed, it is absorbed by the body quickly and effectively. Its action is enhanced by the presence of MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane), which works in perfect synergy to ensure deep regeneration of connective tissue.
The effectiveness of synergy
The success of Collagen Plus comes from the union of two pillars for the motor system:
- Food-grade hydrolyzed collagen: Pre-digested into small peptides for immediate bioavailability, it directly supports the structure of bones and joints.
- MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane): Provides organic sulfur, an essential mineral that serves as a building block for cartilage. It has a positive effect on inflammation, pain, and joint stiffness thanks to its effect on inflammatory cytokines and its ability to anchor collagen in cartilage.

How to use
Collagen Plus can be added to wet or homemade food. If feeding dry food (kibble), we recommend moistening the food first to allow the powder to adhere perfectly. BARF Italy advice: to maximize collagen absorption, we recommend adding a natural source of vitamin C (such as powdered rose hips ).
Dosage: 1g of product per 5kg of the animal's weight. One level scoop (included) contains 2 grams.
Recommended cycles: administer for 3 consecutive weeks followed by a week's break. The effect is progressive and manifests itself with consistent administration.
