Return your thermal envelopes: help the environment and get discount coupons

With your help, we can reduce waste and make our shipments increasingly sustainable. Returning them is easy: just 3 steps .

How it works

1. Prepare only one box

Find a cardboard box in good condition (you can reuse the one from your last order). Important: Use only one box for each collection to limit the environmental impact of transport.

2. Insert the envelopes

Insert 6 clean, undamaged thermal envelopes . Make sure they are:

  • Completely dry
  • Free from dirt, breakages or damage (otherwise we couldn't reuse them)

Your reward: You'll receive a €2 discount voucher for every 6 envelopes returned. For each additional envelope (beyond the first 6), you will receive an extra €0.35 .

3. Book a free pickup

Fill out the form below to book a BRT courier pickup directly from your home. There's no need to print labels or write on the package: the courier will take care of everything!
