DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
- Instructions for use: Serve at room temperature. Feed this product in addition to the complete feed. One scoop corresponds to 10 g. Supplement the daily ration with the usual food. Always leave fresh water available.
RECOMMENDED DAILY RATION: 1 heaped 10g scoop per 10kg dog weight.
- Up to 10kg: 1 scoop
- From 10kg to 20kg: 2 scoops
- 20kg to 30kg: 3 scoops
- 30kg to 40kg: 4 scoops
- over 40kg: 5 scoops
WARNINGS: Store in a cool dry place and away from heat sources. The expiry date refers to the product in its unopened package and correctly stored. Do not dispose of container in the environment after use. Keep out of sight and reach of children.

Spedizione
Le spedizioni avvengono il Lunedì – Martedì – Mercoledì su tutto il territorio nazionale, ad eccezione di Isole e Calabria dove si spedisce solamente il Lunedì e il Martedì. La spedizione è gratuita oltre i 135€ di acquisti.
Politiche dei resi
La richiesta di reso può essere effettuata dal cliente quando coesistono due situazioni: 1) il pacco viene consegnato oltre le 48h dalla spedizione a causa di problemi relativi al corriere (sono da escludere – quindi – casi in cui il destinatario è impossibilitato al ritiro; es. non è in casa) e 2) quando i prodotti arrivano a destinazione completamente scongelati. Se è stata fatta richiesta di fermo deposito, l’ordine deve essere ritirato al massimo il giorno successivo dall’arrivo presso la sede dello spedizioniere. Se il ritiro avviene successivamente, la richiesta di reso non potrà essere accettata.
Entro le 48h dalla spedizione garantiamo la conservazione dei prodotti, in quanto utilizziamo imballaggi idonei al mantenimento del freddo con l’aggiunta di ghiaccio secco (cioè anidride carbonica allo stato solido che si trova alla temperatura di -86°). Se malauguratamente i prodotti dovessero arrivare completamente scongelati, contattarci via WhatsApp al numero +39 333 386 2088 oppure via mail ordini@barfitalia.it .
Se i prodotti vengono consegnati oltre le 48h dalla spedizione ma sono in buono stato di conservazione, il cliente ha ancora diritto a chiedere il reso. Tuttavia, suggeriamo di controllare lo stato di conservazione effettivo dei prodotti. In particolare, se essi risultano ancora duri o con una consistenza simile ad una crema di gelato, essi sono ancora buoni e possono essere conservati in freezer. Chiunque abbia riconosciuto il diritto di reso può scegliere una seconda spedizione, o un buono sconto pari al valore delle merci rese o, in alternativa, un rimborso completo.
